You must upload a new certificate in the Logpoint server while using the default SSL certificate (shipped with the ISO). AAHC connects with the configured Logpoint once you upload the new SSL certificate.
Go to Settings >> System >> System Settings.
Click HTTPS from the left navigation bar.
Browse and upload the certificate and the key.
Click Save.
Note
The format of the certificate must be in the Privacy-enhanced Mail (PEM) format.
Use the Logpoint application (v3.3.0 or later) to normalize the medical journal logs correctly. We recommend you update AAHC to its latest version.
Go to the Applications section in the Logpoint Help Center.
Find Logpoint and download the .pak file.
Log into the remote Logpoint server.
Go to Settings >> System >> Application.
Select Import and Upload the earlier downloaded pak file.
AAHC uses FormatDate to convert the given timestamp field value to the desired date format.
Go to the Process Plugins section in the Logpoint Help Center.
Find Format Date Process Plugin and download the .pak file.
Log into the remote Logpoint server.
Go to
Settings >> System >> Application.Select Import and Upload the earlier downloaded .pak file.
You must install Randomize Process Plugin to use the random sample feature.
Go to the Process Plugins section in the Logpoint Help Center.
Find Randomize Process Plugin and download the .pak file.
Log into the remote Logpoint server.
Go to
Settings >> System >> Application.Select Import and Upload the earlier downloaded pak file.
